Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for pickup or return.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a full refund will be processed.
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be made via bank transfer within 7–10 business days after return approval. You will be asked to provide your bank details during the process.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or not in original condition.
- Products returned after the 7-day return window.
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective).
