• Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, a full refund will be processed.
• Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be made via bank transfer within 7–10 business days after return approval. You will be asked to provide your bank details during the process.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that are damaged due to misuse or not in original condition.
• Products returned after the 7-day return window.
• Clearance or sale items (unless defective).
